What information we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the postal code of your property, the number of bedrooms and whether it is furnished. We collect this because we cannot produce an earnings estimate without it.
We also collect standard technical information through our website analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you, prepare an earnings estimate, and correspond with you about managing your property. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Enquiry records are kept for two years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, records are kept for the period required by law for business and tax records.
How long we keep it
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address in the footer and we will respond within thirty days.
